The School of Electronic Information Engineering went to China Railway Information Technology Group Co., Ltd. to carry out a special seminar on joint training of graduate students
On the morning of May 18, the School of Telecommunications organized a visit to China Railway Information Technology Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "China Railway"), and China Railway Technology chief engineer Liu Dawei, director of network technology Liu Jianjun, deputy director Zhang Shuyan, deputy director of Human resources Yang Jian carried out a special discussion on joint training of graduate students. Jiang Hui, vice president of the Graduate School of the University, and Lin Kui, director of the Training Office, attended the meeting. Wang Jian, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice president of the college, 4 tutors participating in the school-enterprise joint training project, 5 master students and 13 graduate secretaries participated in the exchange.
In order to further improve the quality of engineering master and doctor training and better achieve the training objectives through the school-enterprise joint training project, the University of Telecommunication and China Railway Information jointly carry out the training of professional degree postgraduates in the field of "network and information security", which aims to train a group of engineering and technical backbone talents who understand the development direction of railway information field and have excellent engineering literacy and professional expertise.
Mr. Liu extended a warm welcome to the delegation of Beijing Jiaotong University, introduced the recent development situation and development goals of China Tiexin, fully affirmed the quality of graduate training of our university, and stressed the importance of building a good joint training program. He said that China Railway will further deepen the cooperation with Beijing Jiaotong University, focus on cultivating graduate students' engineering application ability and the ability to solve practical problems, promote the growth of students, and contribute to the information and digital construction of China's railway under the joint efforts of both sides.
Jiang Hui focused on the significance, construction objectives, implementation plans, conditions and other aspects of the joint training of engineering master and doctor. He said that "communication between production and study" is an important link in the reform of the school's "four links" talent training model, and Beijing Jiaotong University attaches great importance to the important role of backbone leading enterprises in graduate talent training. The university has a very good foundation for cooperation with China Tiexin. We firmly believe that under the joint efforts of both sides, the joint training of the university and enterprise will achieve the expected results, and the university will also do a good job in relevant services and guarantees to jointly train more high-level professional talents for national construction and industry development.
Wang Jian introduced the recent development of the School of Telecommunications in terms of personnel training, scientific research and discipline development, focused on the process management of graduate training, and put forward suggestions on scientific research docking and student management.
At the meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the current scientific and technological research projects and management guarantees carried out by China Railway Trust, and agreed on the next work plan.
