The teachers of our school won another great achievement in the "National College Electrical and Electronic Basic Course Experimental teaching Case Design Competition"
The 10th "Dingyang Cup" National College Electrical and Electronic Basic course experimental case design Competition was held in Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology from May 27 to 28, 2023. A total of 2 experimental projects from the National electrical and Electronic Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of the School of Electronic Information Engineering of our school participated in the competition. After fierce competition, Xie Wenchao's team's work "line patrol robot design" and Cao Ran's team's work "Student number LED digital display system" both won the first prize in North China and entered the national final, and finally won the national second prize.
"Dingyang Cup" National College Electrical and Electronic Basic Course Experiment Case Design Competition is the only college electrical and electronic basic course experiment teaching competition, aimed at further promoting the electrical and electronic basic course experiment teaching content research exploration, engineering practice, independent innovation reform, promote the improvement of experimental teaching level and teaching quality. To promote the sharing of excellent teaching resources of experimental teaching in colleges and universities, and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers to carry out the construction and reform of experimental teaching.
The competition was sponsored by the Electronic Discipline Group of the Joint Conference of the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, hosted by Southeast University and Hangzhou Dianyang University of Technology, co-organized by Shenzhen Dingyang Technology Co., LTD. The competition takes the form of regional preliminary competition and national final. The country is divided into five regions, North China, North China, South China and East China. A total of 707 works from 231 universities in 29 provinces and cities across the country have been received. After the fierce competition of "case presentation and defense" and "teaching exhibition", the final selection of 39 first prize, 53 second prize and 58 third prize.
The Electrical and Electronic Experimental Teaching Center of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering was awarded as the national experimental teaching demonstration Center in 2006. It is responsible for the teaching of electrical and electronic basic experimental courses and the organization and guidance of related discipline competitions in many colleges and majors of our school, such as Telecommunications and Jeme Tian You Institute. The center insists on promoting the reform of experimental teaching, constantly updates the content of experimental teaching every year, and launches a large number of high-quality experimental teaching projects and experimental teaching resources. The Electrical and Electronic Experimental Teaching Center has repeatedly achieved good results in the national College Electrical and electronic basic course experiment case design competition over the years, which fully demonstrates the solid basic skills of experimental teaching and rich innovative results of experimental teaching of the central teachers, laying a more solid foundation for the development of experimental teaching of electrical and electronic courses.
