School of Electronic Information Engineering organized the 2022-2023-2 semester invigilation mobilization training meeting

On the afternoon of June 8, 2023, the College of Telecommunications organized a 2022-2023-2 semester invigilator teacher mobilization training meeting, which was chaired by Tao Dan, vice president of teaching of the College of Telecommunications, who combined the school's examination management regulations and typical invigilator cases to train teachers and teaching managers of the college, emphasizing the awareness of examination management and service.

At the meeting, Vice President Tao Dan stressed from the perspective of caring for students: invigilator teachers must do a good job of examination before the exam, to prevent the occurrence of unconscious violations of candidates; All invigilator teachers should form a consensus: only strict invigilator discipline can maintain the fairness of the exam, is the best care for all candidates, and is the best embodiment of the principle of moral education in our school.

Then, from the past cases, it is summarized to remind candidates that it is strictly prohibited to carry mobile phones, and the metal detector is used to check whether each candidate carries a mobile phone before the test, so as to prevent individual candidates from using mobile phones to view the information that exists in the mobile phone in advance. Told the teachers to keep relevant materials and evidence if there are violations of discipline and cheating. Urge teachers to judge the exam as soon as possible and enter the system in time. Be sure to check carefully before submission, and do not change it at will after submission. To avoid the teacher's failure to register in time to affect students' make-up test registration.

Finally, Vice President Tao instructed that the PPT of this mobilization training meeting be forwarded to all teachers of the college for reference, and I wish the exam of this semester a successful completion.
