The college of Electronic Information Engineering held the employment mobilization conference for the 2022 graduate students

On the afternoon of July 2, the College of Electronic Information Engineering held employment mobilization conference for the 2022 graduate students in Tianyou Hall. Han Botao, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Telecommunications, Feng Linsong, the Secretary of the Youth League Committee, counselors Wenxin and Hu Haitao, Li Yingxin, full-time employment teacher ,and more than 700 graduates of the College participated in this conference.

At the meeting, Han Botao mobilized graduates from three aspects: data and situation, good choice and adequate preparation. First of all, he analyzed in detail and scientifically the overall characteristics of "one rise and one fall" of employment in 2022 based on the data of national universities in the past years. He also introduced the data of postgraduate and undergraduate graduates' further studies and employment in the past three years of the college of Electronic Information Engineering to help graduates understand the situation and find the right direction, so that they can face the future more comfortably. Afterwards,he introduced various forms of employment to the students, focusing on western employment and grassroots employment, calling on the students to combine their personal aspirations with the needs of the country, and to build up their careers at the grassroots level where the motherland needs. Finally, for the graduates of the 2022 class with different graduation directions, he gave a clear work schedule, hoping that the students could aim high, bear the sense of responsibility for the development of The Times, and wished the students a smooth employment.
