The School of Telecommunications held a seminar on the construction of first-class automation
On July 9, 2021, the School of Electronic Information Engineering held a work conference on the construction of first-class automation majors. The meeting was presided over by Professor Liu Ze, the head of the automation major. The meeting invited Zhao Lan, secretary of the Party Committee of the college, Tao Dan, deputy dean in charge of teaching, Tang Tao, director of the State Key Laboratory of Rail Transit Control and Safety, and Chen Houjin, director of the College’s Teaching Steering Committee, to attend the meeting. All teachers from the Institute of Advanced Control Systems attended the meeting.
Mr. Li Runmei, deputy dean of the Department of Automation, reported on the work plans and progress of automation professional curriculum construction, teaching materials construction, laboratory construction, and team building. The leaders and experts of the institute gave guidance on the current work progress.
Participating leaders and experts focus on the characteristics of professional construction in professional construction, the update and exploration of curriculum content, the construction of talent team, the construction of teacher's ethics and style, the implementation of work tasks, the awareness of the responsibility of the professional leader, the supporting incentive mechanism of the college, and the discipline competition Suggestions on the promotion of professional development and other aspects were given.
Participating leaders, experts and professional teachers conducted in-depth discussions, and fully exchanged opinions on the construction basis and current planning of each professional core course, and the teachers' curriculum construction ideas. Deputy Dean Tao Dan encourages professional leaders and professional teachers to go out, exchange learning with schools that highlight the results of curriculum construction, and give detailed guidance to the next professional construction work.
